This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house was reworked within the existing space. The kitchen was opened to the living room to create a more spacious feel. And in order to create a master bedroom ensuite, one bathroom was removed, one bathroom was created out of a former vestibule and an existing bathroom was closed off from the kitchen and opened up to the master bedroom.
A small 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage was completely renovated within the existing footprint to create usable space. In the living room a closet was removed and a wall was added to close off the stairs and allow for seating to look out at the river view. A third bedroom/office with a custom Murphy bed/desk combo was created in a former laundry room.
This large 4 bedroom home needed updating. By painting all the wood trim white and replacing the carpeted and linoleum floors with hardwood and tile the house transformed from frumpy to contemporary. A 500 square foot deck was added to create the ultimate outdoor summer living.
Originally a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home was turned into a 3 bathroom with a master ensuite. The bath was created in the existing oversized master bedroom and closet. The kitchen was updated by painting the cabinet faces and turning them inside out, countertops were replaced with added seating at the peninsula and hardwood floors added to match the existing surrounding floor.
